How will you contribute?

• Strategize on account acquisition, prospecting, and account deepening to achieve the sales goals and targets of the Business Center. 
• Manage clients' financial needs and requirements. 
• Develop effective sales activities, conduct competitor shopping, client mapping, sales calls, and product presentations. 
• Creates product awareness and promotes RCBC and YGC products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Work with internal stakeholders to refer credit matters, requests for rate and approval, and product inquiries.

About you

• Someone with the skill to work well in a sales and banking environment, able to continue learning and adapting in their surroundings, and then applying what they've learned as tools in their leadership.
• At least a 4-year graduate with a degree in any business-related program.
• With proven academic and leadership excellence.
