Essential Responsibilities:

Reviews and interprets incoming annual claims to properly make an eligibility determination.
Reviews and interprets individual policies to properly make an eligibility determination.
Calculates invoice totals.
Provides claims notations and data entry as needed.
Attends and participates in team meetings as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Daily contact with all internal departments as well as veterinarians and clinic staff.

Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or;
An associate degree in Veterinary Technician with at least 3 years Veterinary Experience
Willing to work on shifting schedules, work on holidays and weekends
Amenable to temporarily Work-From-Home
With at least 30MBPS wired internet connection and conducive workspace at home
Currently residing within Cebu province (non-island)
