Your responsibilities

As a Sourcing Associate, you will contact and screen candidate leads and help convert them into next-generation rockstars. You are an important piece in the organization’s continued growth and you will provide a five-star experience to every candidate you encounter.  You will also participate in lead generation activities, engage with your invited candidates and assist them with concerns, and support other sourcing initiatives onsite and offsite.

• Open to offsite assignments to support recruitment hub operations
• Willing to render OT and work during holidays and weekends as needed
