Your Role

  • Handle or facilitate any of the tollgates within the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Work collaboratively with other recruiters to deliver team targets
  • Ensure effective, efficient, and timely communication with applicants and internal stakeholders
  • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders/clients
  • Participate in team meetings, stakeholder meetings, and other meetings as required by the supervisor or manager
  • Update and maintain all applicant databases, platforms, and trackers
  • Analyze and prepare recruitment reports
  • Consistently demonstrate behaviors emulating the TP Core Values of Integrity, Respect, Professionalism, Innovation, and Commitment
  • Consistently adhere to company policies and code of conduct

  • A broad range of online training courses - Induction seminar on Group culture and values, modules on Group policies, targeted training, skills development, gamification, and soft skills training.

  • Graduate of any 4-year course or has relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong command of the English language both oral and written
  • Candidates must be customer-oriented, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Candidates must be highly flexible to increasing/changing demands
  • Candidates must be proactive with good problem-solving skills
  • Candidates should be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
