Your role & responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer's experience being just average or exceptional.

During a typical day, you will:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers.
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.

Training & development 

TTEC crafts, constructs, and executes contact center management and call center training initiatives, enhancing each phase of the associate lifecycle. This results in significant improvements in both associate skills and overall center performance.

  • Onboarding - Initial training curriculum to help reduce onboarding and nesting time. 
  • Development - Improve employee engagement and job performance with self-paced, personalized learning journeys.
  • Knowledge - Eliminate knowledge gaps and improve industry experience with their knowledge management solutions. Provide a single source of truth for all content your associates need to meet customer expectations and excel.
  • AI-powered - Artificial Intelligence (AI) learning solutions that provide role-playing scenarios and immediate coaching.

About you

What brings you to the role:

  • Open to college graduates and newbies with Travel/Tourism Management courses.
  • 1 year or more customer service experience for Senior High school graduates.
  • Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge.
  • Computer experience.
  • Should be residing in Pampanga or Tarlac City only.
