This position will be responsible for the end to end recruitment a hiring process which includes the following:
- Sourcing of candidates on various mediums and platform
- Connecting to potential candidates for the talent requirements of the assigned BU accounts.
- Screening and endorsement of shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers.
- Verification of records of all candidates considered for hire
- Conducting job offers, hiring and pre-onboarding process.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- At least 3 years of relative experience preferably in the IT, Retail, Service or FMCG
- Excellent communication skills, articulate, highly personable.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and trustworthy. Can manage confidential information.
- Diligent, organized and able to work well both independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Proficient in online virtual platforms.
