Recruitment process involves screening applicant's resume, cover letter (if provided) and other credentials. After screening, qualified applicants in the first step will move next to the initial interview process with the HR. Applicants may expect a call or text message regarding this matter. Once passed in the initial interview, applicants proceed to the final interview with the hiring manager. There are also tests that is needed to obtain after passing the final interview. Due to the current situation, all interviews are virtual through video call.
