About the Role
As a Brand Associate, you will support with the execution of brand marketing programs/brand projects to deliver on strategy, on time and within budget; Monitor and create report per campaign performance; Conduct market and client research; Coordinate with the internal stakeholders for all campaign requirements and implementation. You will also work on documentation and administrative tasks.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Commerce/Mass Communications course
- If fresh graduate: Preferably student leader; Has a project/leadership experience
- If w/ 1-2 yrs of experience: Preferably with brand marketing/advertising campaign experience
- Strong organizational skills to effectively direct tasks, manage priorities, and navigate through timing/budget constraints of the projects
- Good project management skills
- Good analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly

Pros

Cons
Some leaders are still too traditional.
The company should focus on their salary pay. For me, it's very low.
It's slow and really not discussed often - something to improve to keep people happy.
Complex processes can be simplified. Benefits can be improved.
There is nothing too negative! If I had to answer, it would be that SBC is only present locally.
