The Role
As a Test Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for performing automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. You will review specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. In addition, you will create detailed, comprehensive & well-structured test cases and plans. You will prioritize, plan & coordinate testing activities. You will also be responsible for executing test cases, identifying, recording, documenting & tracking bugs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct testing according to test procedures.
- Produce and maintain test documentation.
- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and scenarios in different levels (SIT, UAT, regression).
- Log and track defects. Analyze issues found during testing.
- Analyzing users' stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
- Propose improvements on test process, test automation, and overall improvement of the unit
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology & Services, Banking, Financial Services, or related courses
- Knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle processes and Testing Methodologies is a plus
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must have documentation and critical thinking skills

The company should focus on their salary pay. For me, it's very low.
It's slow and really not discussed often - something to improve to keep people happy.
Complex processes can be simplified. Benefits can be improved.
There is nothing too negative! If I had to answer, it would be that SBC is only present locally.
