Career Prospects at Security Bank Corporation

There is a lot of room to grow within Security Bank and they are highly focused on making sure there is career progression within the company. This can be seen by how many employees are being awarded Service Tenure Awards or Loyalty Awards this year - some employees having been with SBC for 30+ years!

To be honest, it's very slow. I got promoted but the salary grade seems to be so low with my experience. I think Security Bank should focus on giving its employees proper credit most especially when it comes to moving up of ranks and salary adjustment as well.

I have not experience promotion yet because I just started last year but I am looking forward to it. Based on observation, SBC is generous when it comes to promoting people as long as they see the person deserves it.

I haven't experienced it yet given that I'm relatively new in the company, but since the company has a hierarchical structure, there are promotion opportunities not only in terms of rank but also positions. I believe the main factor that will be considered for promotion is the KPIs
