My team is great! It's always exciting to go onsite to be able to hang out with them again. Our lead also is very approachable and friendly. I don't feel a huge separation in terms of hierarchy because everybody treats each other as an equal! Everyone has been friendly and welcoming!

Management is very particular with integrity and harmonious relationship with coworkers. But there are some employees who will really get mad and shout during meetings towards another employee which is not a good example and does not show a good culture if this is allowed. Respect is very important and if with concern with another employee this should be discussed with a mediator and not in front of all attending the meeting.

Unlike other banks, Security Bank really makes me feel that I matter. Here, leaders are very approachable and visible.
