I believe SBC is very modern and does not discriminate any minorities! They also provide generous maternity leaves and care for the family.

I think it's well balanced for me

We are open to anyone here in the company, from foreigners and people from LGBTQIA and status.

Generally, the company is fair to genders, but doesn't really touch topics on diversity because of its traditional nature.

The company promotes diversity and I believe this is evident across the bank as there are multiple hires not just from the Philippines. This promotes and demands excellence as the environment is very competitive. A lot of women leaders are in place as well and the company does not promote any discrimination.

The company does not discriminate. As early as the recruitment stage, talent acquisition partners are reminded to process every candidate regardless of the their religion, beliefs, gender, age, sexuality, race, and other factors. I believe this advocacy is practiced even with other things such as promotion and child care.
