We get 15 months of pay at SBC! I'm more than happy with my pay, especially knowing there is room to grow and earn increases!

The company should focus on their salary pay. For me it's very low. For the bonuses, I can say it's pretty decent

I think my salary can be better but we have really good benefits in the company and work set up.

The pay and bonuses are sufficient and about the same as market average. The increase even with promotion is a bit low though compared to standard market averages.

Our company makes sure each team has quarterly engagement activities! Specific within our team as well, our lead makes sure we go out to regular team lunches to bond with each other and take a break from work. I think they should also focus on giving employees free meal or free movie tickets every month
