8.6 rating for Training, based on 50 reviews
Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
There were many trainings upon hire (mainly self-paced modules) that were mandatory due to Security Bank being in the Banking & finance sector. Other than that, the turnover and informal training sessions with my teammates and team lead were great and they made sure I was properly guided during my first few weeks.

In general, for all of our new hires, we have HR briefing on the first day and and have the SBC training for the first week where we meet our fellow new hires from different department and have a sort of webinar conducted by SBC Academy, we also have a series of modules where we learn more about the company. Personally, in my first month, I've attended sit-in interviews, where I picked up relevant/must questions to be asked during interview.

Most of our trainings are self paced so we can set on when we are comfortable taking it. I've learn more into how to improve on how I do my work as a recruiter. I have improved more on critical thinking, problem solving and systems that we use through continuous discussions with my manager.
