Working Hours at Security Bank Corporation

Our standard work hours are 9-6pm but we only report to the office twice a month. During these times, our boss is understanding of commute times and peak rush hours so he allows us to come in as late as 10am and we can leave as early as 4pm.

Our team is flexible when it comes to working hours. As long as we're finished with our tasks then we can have more time to rest

There's a designated working hours that have to be followed. Standard is 8:30AM to 5:30PM, but this varies depending on the business unit.

We just come to office 2x a month, which a great balance in terms of mingling with folks and getting a lot of focus time to do work.

The modality of work is hybrid, most of the time we work from home.

I have no time in and time out but I always make sure that I arrived in the branch as early as 7:30 am and leave around 7:30 pm if with pending work.

Managers are empowered to operationalize the hybrid work arrangement and ensure that the minimum 2x a month onsite work is observed.

In our team, we follow the 8:30AM-5:30PM work schedule. It's inevitable that we work overtime from time to time, but employees are highly encouraged to finish their work within the schedule so they have personal time off after.
