Office & Workplace at Security Bank Corporation

Our newly renovated 9th floor office is great! The facilities and working areas are nice and clean. The overall interior design is very modern as well. There is no strict dress code -- as long as you come in work-appropriate clothing, you are okay!

I think it's okay. We don't really go to the office often but I can say it's decent

Our floor just got recently renovated so it's super nice and modern, we have a lot of private rooms for group meetings and interviews. However, it cannot accommodate the whole HR team which is why proper coordination and scheduling are important. Dress code policy is not that strict, as long as you look presentable, it's fine.

It's ugly, not motivational, not inspirational - looks like a troll farm/computer shop. The only time it's exciting is when folks are there, but it's a very bad office physically.

Modern, collaborative, and conducive for work. Dress code allows employees to be comfortable at the office without jeopardizing professionalism

Pantry is small with 21 employees including guards and messengers. Aircon drainage is not in good condition since it sometimes affects our corridor with leakage and draining water.

Flexibility is obvious given our hotdesking system and dress for your day policy. I am able to work comfortably and appropriately.

Flexible work arrangement so I rate it high-- but no parking facilities in the head office. Everything else is okay.

SBC's head office is at the heart of Makati CBD where you can see different buildings and can easily access malls and parks. In front of the building is the loading and unloading area which is very convenient for the employees. The building is well-secured and taken care of our nice personnel (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping, guards). Every floor has bathroom, pantry, lobby, and floor guard. It's spacious and conducive for working. SBC, unlike other companies, do not have strict dress code. Employees are allowed to wear casual and comfortable clothes, as long as it's decent and not too informal (e.g., slippers, tube top, etc.)

Facilities are complete with fast internet and free water refilling station. Location is within the metropolitan area and behind the office itself is a building with a lot of parking spaces. As for our dress code, we are able to wear casual attire provided that it is still presentable for the office set-up

Neat and tidy.

The office is near my home which is very convenient and also in Makati city that is accessible to anyone using public transport as it is the center. Facilities are okay since we just work there once in a while - pantries and comfort rooms are nice. The dress code are not that strict, smart casual and comfortable.
